ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to fencing the writ petitioner's property to an extent of 51⁄2 cents comprised in S.No. 242/1 situated at Naduvalavu Street, Melur, Madurai District.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.935 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
