ORDER

Seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil, Pudukottai district, in 1/4

Crl.M.P.No.1308 of 2025, dated 16.07.2025, this Criminal Revision case is filed.

2. The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil, Pudukottai district, has directed the petitioner to deposit his original RC book before him for return of the interim custody of the vehicle. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same has already been deposited before the same Court with respect to the case in Crl.M.P.No.105069 of 2023 in crime No.144 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to file an affidavit stating that his original RC book is already deposited before the same Court in Crl.M.P.No.105069 of 2023 in crime No.144 of 2023. On receipt of the same, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil, Pudukottai district, is directed to permit the petitioner to submit a copy of his original RC book. 2/4
