ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 392 @ 398 IPC @ 395, 398 IPC, in Crime No.418 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was driving his lorry with 200 gunny bags of Urad Dhal, the accused persons waylaid the defacto complainant, threatened him and took away the lorry with the load and a sum of Rs.22,000/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3. This is the third anticipatory bail petition. The earlier two anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court on 08.10.2021 and 26.10.2021 respectively, considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner.

4. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case, a charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is also appearing before the trial Court regularly.

5. Since the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court regularly and the respondent Police has not secured him so far, there is no necessity for grant of bail to the petitioner.
