ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the second respondent, but, the second respondent is not the jurisdictional Police and hence, the second respondent forwarded same to K.Pudupatti Police Station, which is the jurisdiction Police Station. 3.Recording the same, the Inspector of Police, K.Pudupatti Police Station is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
