PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, pertaining to the Tha.Pa.No.17/16 under Rule 3(A) dated 23.3.2017 conducted against this petitioner by the third respondent and to quash the same as void and illegal till an adjucation by the appropriate court and thereby direct these respondents to allow the petitioner, to continue in the service, without any action.
