This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his Proc.1675/E2/BSD-ICTC/TANSACS/2017 dated 29.03.2017 and consequential order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A12/DAPCU/2017 dated 31.03.2017 and the consequential order passed by the fifth respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.133/2017 dated 01.04.2017 and quash the same as illegal

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner was selected as Lab Technician through the Medial Recruitment Board. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the subsequent development and that the petitioner is now working as Lab Technician, this Court finds that there is 3/6

nothing to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
