PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish full details and documents about the petitioner's property in S.No. 56/2 and 56/4 (old Bimas Nos. 299/1 and 299/2) in Venthoni Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as requested by the petitioner in his petition dated 25.01.2017, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2017.

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish the details of the documents on the property in S.No. 56/2 and 56/4 (old Bimas Nos. 299/1 and 299/2) in Venthoni Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering his application dated 25.01.2017 and 17.02.2017. 2.Today (27.02.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Paramakudi submits that the officials have conducted an enquiry based on the writ petition and this petitioner Peter S/o Sebtastian appeared before the Tahsildar and has stated that he has not filed any application under the RTI Act and he has 2/5

not filed this writ petition in WP(MD) No.6150 of 2017. The Tahsildar has also enclosed the statement of the said Peter along with the informations therein.
