ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to not harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by his wife.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, on the complaint given by the wife of petitioner against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.10.2022. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
