ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the relief of writ of mandamus directing the second and fourth respondents to release the Toyota Etios GD Car loan under the Entrepreneur Development Programme Scheme to the petitioner approved by the respondents 1 and 3. 2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2024, there was no representation on the behalf of the petitioner and hence, the writ petition was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Banu Priya, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Neelamegam, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that they have already returned the papers to the petitioner and they are not appearing for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
