ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2023 from the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar or any other competent Court outside the Virudhunagar District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (24.04.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been amicably settled before the Mediation. The Settlement Agreement has also been received from the Mediation Centre. The petitioner as well as the respondent are appeared before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsels. The identity proof of the parties is also verified. The terms of the Settlement Agreement were read over and explained to both parties in the presence of their counsels and both parties have accepted the same, as correct. The said Settlement Agreement is recorded.

3. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as per the terms of Mediation Settlement Agreement. The Mediation Settlement Agreement shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
