PRAYER :- To pass an order by cancelling the anticipatory bail, granted to the respondents 2 to 5 in Crl.M.P.No.3291 of 2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Sivagangai, dated 12.08.2022. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide order, dated 12.08.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.3291 of 2022 on the ground that the respondents 2 to 5 suppressing the earlier petition filed for anticipatory bail, filed the second anticipatory bail petition before the Court below and obtained anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD).No.19217 of 2022 2.On perusal of records it is revealed that there is a previous enmity between the parties with regard to property dispute. That apart, since there are no previous antecedents as against the respondents 2 to 5, the Court below granted anticipatory bail with condition that the respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall report before the respondent police daily at 09.00 a.m., until further orders, without fail. They also appeared before the respondent police and duly complied with the conditions imposed by the Court below. 3.In view of the aforestated facts, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos.2 to

5. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
