ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in the matter being nature of alleged recovery of money.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there existed money transaction dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent have lodged complaints and the same are now pending before the third respondent for enquiry in current paper.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the fourth respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
