ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to provide a separate patta to the legal heirs of Late. Krishnan including the Petitioner, his mother, sisters and brother in respect of lands comprised in Survey Nos.687/2, 688/1, 689/1, 693/1C situated at Thirumalapuram Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of his representation dated 20.09.2016.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on a written instructions, submits that patta was already issued in the name of

the petitioner and his brother.
