Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the fourth respondent in Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.12421/2014/Aa2 dated 20.04.2015 and quash the same as void, without jurisdiction and arbitrary and consequently direct the second respondent to take up the proceedings and enquire afresh and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and further direct the first respondent to initiate appropriate action against the officials in the fourth respondent office including the fifth and sixth respondents for forgery and fabrication of the documents during the patta proceedings. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.12421/2014/Aa2 dated 20.04.2015 and to quash the same as void, without jurisdiction and Page No. 2 of 5

arbitrary and consequently to direct the second respondent to take up the matter, conduct a fresh enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and further to direct the first respondent to initiate appropriate action against the officials in the office of the fourth respondent, including fifth and sixth respondents, for the alleged forgery and fabrication of documents during the patta proceedings.

2. By the impugned order, the fourth respondent directed the issuance of a joint patta in the names of the petitioner and the sixth respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to fourth respondents would submit that both the petitioner and the sixth respondent are siblings and that the subject properties are ancestral in nature. It is further submitted that against the impugned order of the Deputy Tahsildar, the petitioner also preferred an appeal before the third respondent, namely the Revenue Divisional Officer, seeking cancellation of the joint patta and that the third respondent has passed an order dated 06.12.2024 in Na.Ka.No.1819/2016/Aa4 directing the parties to approach the civil Court, as the dispute between them is civil in nature. the said proceedings was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court.

4. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
