The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to return the release deed dated 31.10.2016 registered as pending document No.P201600084 on the file of the first respondent in favour of the writ petitioner within a time frame as may be specified by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the document in dispute has already been received and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
