Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5237/16/Aa2 and the notice dated 22.06.2018 on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as without jurisdiction and arbitrary and further direct the respondents to revert the entries in the revenue records in respect of the petitioner's land holdings to the position obtaining before 20.04.2015 and forbear the fourth respondent from initiating any proceedings in this regard.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5237/16/Aa2 and the notice dated 22.06.2018 on the file of the fourth respondent, to quash the same as being without jurisdiction and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to revert the entries in the revenue records in respect of the petitioner's land holdings to the position obtaining prior to 20.04.2015 Page No. 2 of 5

and to forbear the fourth respondent from initiating any proceedings in this regard.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for first to fourth respondents would submit that the enquiry in respect of the impugned notice has been concluded and an order has been passed. However, a copy of the said proceedings was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
