PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.255 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused herein, who were arrested on 14.08.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act,

1992, in Crime No.255 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the previous motive, the accused persons unlawfully assembled with deadly weapons, went to the defacto complainant's house, damaged his house hold articles and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent person and they were falsely implicated in this case and they never committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Reading of the First Information Report shows that the country bomb used by the accused persons at that time of making the above said attack.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the grievous nature of offence alleged against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. If the petitioners are released on bail, they may abscond, tamper the evidences and it will hamper the investigation process.
