to 3 respondents to recover the claim amount of Rs.10,87,002/- with 12 percent interest from the date of accident from the 4th respondent as per the order passed by the 3rd respondent in EC No.79 of 2020 dated 09.05.2023 in accordance with the provisions of Revenue Recovery Act and pass order within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER
The petitioner, during the course of her employment, sustained injuries resulting in amputation of her right hand. Consequently, she filed a claim petition under the Workmen's Compensation Act. The competent authority awarded compensation of Rs.10,87,002/- along with interest at 12%. As the employer failed to deposit the said amount, a recovery certificate was issued.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not taken effective steps to recover the compensation amount from the employer.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that necessary steps would be taken to recover the compensation amount due to the petitioner in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
4. The said submission is taken on record.
5. In the light of the interim order passed by this Court, the fourth respondent has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- out of the total compensation of Rs.10,87,002/-.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate recovery proceedings against the fourth respondent to recover the balance compensation amount, after deducting the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- already received by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
