ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.259 of 2024 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 392, 457 and 380 IPC and after completing the investigation, they have filed the final report and that they have not harassed the petitioner. He would further submit that as of now, there is no complaint or petition against the petitioner.
