ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue non-marriage certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2024 within time frame in accordance with law.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
