ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.3 to instruct the Respondent No.5 to take appropriate action by considering the Petitioners representation dated 27.09.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the Petitioner petition enquiry is pending with the fourth Respondent.

3. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry . The Respondents 1 to 5 are directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 and Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another reported in 2014 (8) SCC 273.
