To call for the entire records relating to the judgment of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur passed in C.A.No.46 of 2021 dt 19.06.2024 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P. VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9437 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7696 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.730 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to medical grounds, the petitioner is unable to deposit the amount as directed by this Court and that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount at any time.

3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7696 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 on or before 09.10.2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
