ORDER

With the grievance that the representations submitted by the petitioner to remove the compound wall of the sixth respondent situated in the petition mentioned property in a dangerous condition has not been considered by the authorities, the petitioner has approached this Court with this petiiton. 2.Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submits that the sixth respondent has renovated the mud compound wall, which was in dilapidated condition. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar has submitted that as on date, the mud wall has been cleared and there is no dangerous wall in the petition mentioned property.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
