O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to implement the order passed by Inspector of Labour, Karur in Na.ka.No.821/08, dated 29.01.2010 and to grant permanent status to the petitioner.

2. The issue of granting permanent status, the respondent has filed a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1340 to 1343 of 2012, dated 11.07.2012 and that was confirmed by the Supreme Court in SLP No.24740 and 24741 of 2012. However, the issue was re-agitated in certain writ petitions and writ appeals. Now the issue is pending in Review Application No.210 and 212 of 2016. The writ petitioners are granted liberty to submit a representation to the respondents, after the disposal of the said review application and the respondent are directed to consider the representation based on the order that would be passed in the Review applications. Therefore, this Court is disposing the writ petitions with the above direction. 4/5

3. With the above direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
