Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SINGARAVEL.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)

No.14057 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a practicing advocate at Tirunelveli and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
