This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.855 of 2021 order dated 03.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, he is unable to mobilize a sum of Rs.2 lakhs with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.R.C. (MD)No.855 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2021, in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.855 of 2021, is extended further for a period of Twenty one days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
