The petitioner challenges the notice issued under Section 13(4) Securitisation Act. It is well settled that the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal. If such an appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
