The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the third respondent, who is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner, based on which, the respondent Police has conducted enquiry and closed the same, on 30.07.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
