This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni to dispose the case in S.C.No.80 of 2021 on his file within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case stands posted for examination of witnesses on 12.12.2022.

3. The second Respondent is directed to produce witnesses on the same day so that the learned Judge can record evidence continously on a day to day basis and complete the recording of evidence within a reasonable period of 4 or 5 days continuously.

4. The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni is directed to complete the trial. He/She shall follow the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case Vinod Kumar -vs- State of Punjab reported in 2015 (1) MLJ (Crl) 288 (SC) and dispose the case within the reasonable period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
