This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent police to secure the Accused No.1 to 6 in Crime No.364 of 2016 offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(i), 406, 420 and 468 I.P.C. on the file of the 2nd respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the case in crime 364 of 2016 has now been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai City.

3.In view of the said submission, the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai City is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.19895 of 2018 investigation and file the final report, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
