O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2022, for sub-division and issuance of patta for northern half share in S.No.330/2 in Thaluthalapatti (North) Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has made a representation dated 05.09.2022, to the respondents 1 and 2 requesting them to sub divide and issue patta for northern half share in S.No.330/2 in Thaluthalapatti (North) Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
