JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The petitioner challenged the order of transfer from Kanyakumari to Madurai. Though the petitioner would allege that the transfer orders stems out of malice and because there were disciplinary proceedings against him. A perusal of the transfer order does not reflect the contentions of the petitioner, it is purely a transfer on administrative grounds. Having joined the transferable post, the petitioner cannot contend that he should not be transferred. The writ Court has rightly dismissed the writ petition.
2. We don't see any ground to interfere with the order of the writ court. The writ appeal is therefore dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
