ORDER
This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to obtain LE-1 License for M/s Sankamithra Fireworks Factory based on the petitioner's application dated 06.05.2024.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that enquiry is presently being held by the second respondent and the report will be sent to the first respondent and thereafter, the order will be passed on the petitioner's application for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' to obtain LE-1 Licence.

4. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to process the petitioner's application for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' for obtaining LE-1 Licence within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The enquiry report of the second respondent shall also be forwarded to the petitioner. Before passing any order, the petitioner shall also be heard on the enquiry report of the second respondent. The petitioner shall also make appropriate submissions, in case they proposed to reject the 'No Objection Certificate' sought for by the petitioner.
