ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against her in Crime No.482 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the PCR Court, Madurai on 25.07.2025 through e-filing.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police shall take follow it up with the court and ensure that the final report is taken on file. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
