SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.9189 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15321 of 2021 on 02.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9189 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15321 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9189 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15321 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.11342 of 2021 before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
