ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings, dated 30.04.2019 in X.K.vz;.1551/2019/G5.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.V.Santhakumaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, he filed a revision before the first respondent seeking rectification of UDR records pertaining to the property situated in S.No.550/4, Mangulam Pit-2, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District. In response to the said revision, the first respondent in his proceedings, dated 30.04.2019, directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and submit a report. Though the said direction was issued by the first respondent as early as on 30.04.2019, the second respondent failed to comply with the direction and file his report before the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the report of the second respondent will be submitted before the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to comply with the direction issued by the first respondent in his proceedings, dated
30.04.2019 and file a report before the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of cop of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
