The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 30.09.2016 in respect of Re-Survey No.391/15A, 391/29E and 667/2B at South Thamaraikulam Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District in favour of the writ petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the sale deed has already been registered and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
