Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 28.11.2022, the matter was posted for hearing today and the detenue was produced before us.

2.We enquired the detenue and she stated that she was studying 9th standard and that she left her house since she was abused by her mother. We enquired the detenue and she stated that she is willing to go along with her mother. The mother of the detenue was also present before this Court. 3.In view of the statement made by the detenue, the detenue is permitted to go along with the petitioner/mother. This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of accordingly.
