COMMON ORDER The petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.6396 of 2017 is the landlord and the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.6240 of 2017 is the tenant.
2. It appears that there was a dispute between the landlord and the tenant. Since the electricity service connection was disconnected, the tenant has filed W.P.(MD)No.6240 of 2017 for a Mandamus, directing the respondent Board to restore the electricity service connection. On the other hand, the landlord has filed W.P.(MD)No. 6396 of 2017 for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondent Board from effecting the electricity service connection.
3. When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the electric line has been dismantled and as on date, nothing survives in these writ petitions.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the tenant submits that the tenant has already vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the landlord.
