ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct fair and impartial investigation and to file final report in Crime No.12 of 2011, on the file of the 2nd respondent within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within a period of eight weeks.

4. Considering the submission, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
