The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 22.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.19124 of 2022.

2. As per the orders of this Court, the 2nd respondent had been directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2022. The representation has been considered and a detailed order has also been passed by the 2nd respondent on 09.11.2023.
