PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forward the petitioner's experience certificate for the eligible period from 19.11.2008 to 30.04.2011 along with copies of Acquittance register and Attendance register in the prescribed format to the 3rd respondent to be duly attested facilitating petitioner to submit in the office of the 4th respondent on or before 30.10.2019.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue petitioner's experience certificate in the format for the eligible period from 19.11.2008 to 30.04.2011 along with copies of Acquittance register and Attendance register in the prescribed format to the 3rd respondent to be duly attested facilitating petitioner to submit in the office of the 4th respondent on or before 30.10.2019.
2. On 08.01.2008, the petitioner was appointed as Physics Professor in Self-Finance post in the respondents 1 and 2 College and he relieved from the College on 30.04.2011 for higher studies. The period of service is from 19.11.2008 to 30.04.2011. The second respondent issued service certificate for the above said period. Now, the fourth respondent called for applications to the post of Professor in Government College. The fourth respondent directed the candidates to enclose service certificate in a prescribed format duly attested by the third respondent along with application. The Acquittance Register and Attendance Register from the College were also directed to be submitted along with experience certificate. The petitioner made several representations to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue service certificate in the prescribed format. The respondents 1 and 2 refused to issue the same. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ petition.
3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4, submitted that the experience certificate of the petitioner will be issued after verifying the particulars available in the respondents 1 and 2 College with regard to appointment, approval of the appointment, Acquittance register, Attendance register and other relevant records. On receiving the certificate, the third respondent will counter-sign the same and thereafter, it will be issued to the petitioner. 4.Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has given application only on 18.10.2019 and he filed this Writ Petition on 21.10.2019. The respondents 1 and 2 are always ready to issue service certificate of the petitioner. The petitioner may be directed to appear before the first respondent on 01.11.2019 or 04.11.2019. The first respondent will issue the service certificate of the petitioner in the prescribed format.
5.In view of the above said submission, Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, is directed to inform the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the service certificate of the petitioner for the period in which the petitioner worked in the first respondent College in the prescribed format by today 2/3
itself, without insisting the copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents 1 and 2, tomorrow or 04.11.2019.
6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
Post the matter on 05.11.2019 for reporting compliance, immediately after admission.
