This writ petition was filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to restore the property tax in respect of the property bearing Door Nos.77, 78A, 79, 79A and 80 in the name of the petitioner's vendors.

2.There was no representation for the petitioner for the past three hearings on 07.06.2023, 09.06.2023 and on 03.10.2023. Therfore, this writ petition was ordered to be listed under the caption for dismissal today. Even today(05.10.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
