PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made in S.No.18/5B, Sakkarakottai Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk classified as "Children's park" and consequently directing the fourth respondent to maintain a park in the same locality.

2.The Municipality shall take effective steps to remove the encroachments on the subject property in accordance with law and after adhering to the principles of natural justice expeditiously. The said process shall commence within three [3] months from today.
