PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in dated 30.08.2024, Quash the same and consequently restrain the respondents from in any way interfering with the petitioners peacefully possession enjoyment of her patta Land in Survey No.173 to an extent of 2 Acre and 20 Cents in Thaniyamangalam Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order of the third respondent dated 30.08.2024 and to restrain the respondents from in any way interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.173 at Thaniyamangalam Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. It is informed that the impugned notice is a fake notice and that steps for initiating criminal action has been initiated by the Tahsildar, Adidravidar Welfare 2/5

Department. Therefore, no orders need to be passed in this writ petition, as it has been submitted that it is not a notice sent by the authorities concerned.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in view of the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
