O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal pending on his file in Na.Ka.NO.A3/5176/2024, dated August,2024 challenging the proceedings of the second respondent in O.Mu.A4/806/2024, dated 13.5.2024.

2.Mr..Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that he filed an appeal before the first respondent in Na.Ka.NO.A3/5176/2024, dated August, 2024 seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of private respondents and the same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for 2/5

the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the appeal filed by the Petitioner is posted for hearing on 3.9.2025. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the Petitioner in Na.Ka.NO.A3/5176/2024, dated August,2024 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and private respondents, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
