2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Vijayalakshmi, as against the petitioner, already enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. He would further submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, enquiry has already been conducted and the same was closed.
