PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty to expedite the trial of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2017 and dispose the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty to expedite the trial of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2017 and dispose the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty , is directed to dispose of C.C.No. 53 of 2017, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail.
