Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents herein to execute the Guideline in G.O.(Ms).No.70 dated 15.03.2024 in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS.1) Department consequently forbearing the third respondent from constructing the house in objectionable petitioner's temple land in S.No.229/2 situated at Palaiyakottai, Sillerumbu Village, Dindigul District, in favour of the 6th respondent based on the representation on 08.07.2025 by the petitioner. ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents herein to execute the Guideline in G.O.(Ms).No. 70 dated 15.03.2024 in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS.1) Department consequently forbearing the third respondent from constructing the house in objectionable petitioner's temple land in S.No.229/2 situated at 6th respondent based on the representation on 08.07.2025 by the petitioner. 2/5
2. According to the petitioner, the property in question belonged to the temple, which was constructed by the petitioner's ancestor even before 500 years. The third respondent has issued work order in favour of the sixth respondent under the Kalaingarin Kanavu Illam Scheme, which is against G.O(Ms).No.70, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS,1) Department, dated 15.03.2024, since the sixth respondent already owns two houses. In this regard, suit is also pending before the civil Court. Meanwhile, construction work is being carried out in the property in question. Therefore, the petitioner has sent representation to the official respondents, but the same has not been considered so far. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and order will be passed within two months.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the official respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 and pass orders on its own merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent and hearing them. 3/5
