Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.484/A-1/2024, dated 29.08.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same in sofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and all service and monetary benefits within the time frame fixed by this court.

ORDER
The petitioner, who is working as a Supervisor in the respondent TASMAC has been placed under suspension vide order dated 29.08.2024. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC submits that the petitioner was placed under suspension contemplating disciplinary proceedings. Subsequently after concluding the disciplinary proceedings, the petitioner has been reinstated into service. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
